Another issue before the court is a challenge to the amendment's ballot language. Protect Arkansas Kids, a ballot question committee opposed to the amendment, argues the ballot title and popular name, language to describe the measure on the ballot, is misleading.

Leaders in West Memphis, Arkansas are celebrating Thursday night after the Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that there will be two early voting sites in the city. The justices ruled that both the Seventh Street Church of Christ and First Baptist Church must be used as early voting sites.
