The biggest question coming into today’s game between the Rams and Raiders was whether Cooper Kupp would play. He had been attempting to return from his ankle injury for this game and was considered day-to-day, even working out on the field prior to the game. But ultimately he was ruled OUT and is officially inactive for the Rams.
