Flagler County is estimating at least $19 million in damages from Hurricane Milton, up from $18.8 million estimate released Monday, and a number that is likely to continue to rise. "As the water goes down and we get access to more properties, we are finding more damage," said Julie Murphy, a spokeswoman for Flagler County.
